SYSTEM PERFORMANCE WILL MATCH PROJECTIONS
TAX CREDITS OR INCENTIVES WILL BE AVAILABLE

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Damage Cap

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain all Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs) associated with your solar system.

We will assist with utility interconnection applications, but cannot guarantee approval or timeline for connection to the grid.

17.3 Permits and Inspections

We will obtain necessary permits for installations, but some jurisdictions may require additional homeowner involvement.
